- You are hectic all day every day

Then relaxation is a prime focus for you.
Getting the relaxation you need from meditating will aid you with regaining your energy. Getting yourself in sync with your natural vibration will massively help. When your vibration is in line with it’s natural level, you feel good.
When you vibrate on your natural level everything is good.
We all have our own path in Life. Yet at the same time there are things common to all of us. Things that we can each relate to. Though in many ways we approach them differently. What are these things? Your freedom, Your growth, Your joy
They all have slightly different meanings for each of us yes. We all have different meanings for freedom. We approach growth differently. In terms of Joy, you can easily see that different people achieve that in different ways. However we all have varying amounts of all of these things in each of our lives.
Are you getting as much of each as you would like?
If you are then well done you! Big time congratulations!! For the vast majority the answer to that question is likely different to the answer they would like to give. Having more of each will raise your vibration up. Raising your vibration up will bring you more of each too.
So how can you easily go about enjoying more of all these things?
When meditating you can focus on whatever you wish to. As you find out more about meditation and what is meditation, the more you realise this. Your focus can alter the way in which you live in a massive way. By shifting your focus you alter what it is that you are moving towards. When you focus on good, positive things, then they are what come to you.
So what would you like to bring more of into your life?
Your spirit never really differentiates between the physical and non-physical. Sound interesting? Though how do you you use this to your advantage?
With you mind!
It is incredibly simple. When you change the way you feel, you change your vibration. By focusing on a feeling you can produce that feeling. Think about being happy. Really focus on feeling joy. Feeling good about your self. Think of all the things that make you happy now.
It is easy for you to feel good!
Do you really want to make a massive impact on your life? Do you really want to massively enhance the way you feel about yourself? If so then this next bit is for you.
When you take time out in your meditating space. Relax yourself. Flow into a meditative state, and focus your feelings on feeling good. Then you do. As a result of feeling this internally while meditating, you create it externally too. The more you create this on the inside, the more it will flow through your life.
Equally well you can use this meditation technique to create freedom, growth, and anything else you wish to manifest.
This meditation technique helps you a lot with for self love, wealth creation and numerous other things. You generate the vibrations on a spiritual and mental level, that then cascade through the rest of your life. Carrying joy and so many good things along with them.
So decide what you want to focus on:
- Your freedom
- Your growth
- Your joy
Go into your meditation space. Get your incense going to uplift you even more, if you wish to. Then focus on those feelings and let them flow through you. Really get into them. Really feel them on a deep level. Allow them to flow through every fibre of your being. As your meditating session comes to an end give gratitude, and carry the feelings throughout your entire day!
