Meditation and Having the Right People Around You

Meditation massively helps you to create the life you wish through improving your self love, self esteem and improving your relationships.

Meditation is a great way to help you ensure you have the right people around you.

If:

  • You are feeling strain in the relationships with people around you
  • You feel some people demand to much from you
  • You feel trodden down by people around you

You have a divine right to feel good about yourself and who you are. Having the right people around you is a major part of this puzzle. Meditation can massively help you feel good about yourself and ensure you have the right people around you. Here’s how.

Firstly. You are perfect the way you are. Hold that thought. If you think any differently then write down why you think something different.

Anyone who tells you that you are anything less than great or wonderful, you should question yourself as to why you have them around you and in your life. You have choice about who you have around you. Choosing to have only worthwhile people is a great choice to make. If people are getting you down and being in any way abusive, cut them loose. Set them adrift from your shores, only to return if they can prove themselves worthy.

There are plenty of good people in the world who will gladly know you and treat you with respect. Treat yourself kindly and with respect and get friends and co-workers that do the same.

You have many reasons to do so. When people around you value you, then you will value yourself too. Though often this has to start from within.

You must value yourself first before others will value you properly.

Your self esteem is at the root here.

Take a moment now, and think about your own self esteem. How is it? How greatly do you value yourself? As much as you could? As much as you should? Likely there is at least one of those questions which had a negative answer. Getting them all into positive answers brings you a wonderful way of living.

Truly loving yourself and valuing yourself is a good thing.

When you do you open many doors for yourself. You open up new dimensions to your life and give it greater depth. Loving yourself and valuing yourself enables you to enjoy your life properly.

So think now, can you improve your self-esteem?

Imagine your self-esteem as high as it could possibly be. Imagine how wonderful your life is like that. Imagine how wonderful all your relationships are as a result, and how fulfilled you feel. All you have to do is take action and it will happen.

More over as you improve your self-esteem your relationships with people around you will change. Some will naturally come to an end, others improve. All of this for the better. The relationships that close off are ones that held you back anyway. Closing them off opens up space for more wonderful things and people to come into your life.

So how wonderful do you want your life to be?

Because it can be as wonderful as you dream it to be.

All you have to do is start making changes. Value your self. Think about who is good for you, and who you would be better off setting adrift from you.

Once you have started this process the next part is to head into your meditation space. Light incense if you like. Then get comfortable, and begin Ha breathing. Build up energy to help you release the old things that bound you. Once you have done so then begin the process of Ho’o pono pono. Releasing off all the negativity from all of your relationships. Allowing things to return to a positive state from which you can build more fulfilling and appropriate relationships.

Your next step is to improve your self-esteem. Doing self love meditation at this point massively builds on the positive foundation you have begun creating. By doing self love meditation you create the increase in self-esteem and self-confidence that you need. The more often you do self love meditation the better. Building up and up can only create greater strength for how you wish to live your life.

As always close off your meditation with the giving of gratitude. Give thanks for the changes you are creating within yourself. Give thanks for the way in which your life is changing and the way you are becoming. Give thanks for the shifting relationships that are to bring you fulfilment and joy.

So by doing this:

  • You improve your self-esteem
  • You improve your self-confidence
  • You improve your self love
  • You create the life you wish to live

You are worth it so do it.
