The Meditation Forum
The meditation forum is an addition to this site that is their to aid people in sharing their experiences and gaining more guidance to aid them on their journey. Having worked with a few good spiritual teachers and done a lot of work on my own I know how valuable it can be to have assistance when questions come up. Sometimes you need to answer these questions yourself, other times external clarification from someone with experience is useful.
The meditation forum itself covers a wide range of topics, and over time more and more are being added. With the ability to search through various threads to find what you are looking for, it is an easy resource to use. Plus of course you can always add a new topic if you feel that there is nothing there that answers your question. Of course there are many resources in the guided meditation, meditation ebooks and resources sections, the forum though is more of an experience sharing and advisory place.
If you have any questions or suggestions about new resources, or resources that you would like to see created then it is a good place to air those views. It enables suggestions to be grouped together and the things that people really want to be noted, and brought into being sooner. I am working as best I can to create a strong resource to really aid people who wish to learn how to meditate and master meditation, so working together in this way enables better results to generated.
Also it is a good place to connect with other like minded people, people that could be anywhere around the world. People on this kind of journey can sometimes find it a little lonely due to the absence of people to chat with whom are on the same wavelength. Another reason for bringing the forum into being, to create connections and generate a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
I encourage good participation from everyone in the meditation forum, by building this together we can create a strong resource for everyone and help to move humanity forward together. By creating a calmer environment for ourselves and others through meditating we change the environment around us in a positive way. This effects the environment on a wider basis too, as the calmness filters out and affects others. Thus we bring about change in the world. The more people we bring together for this the better, and the wider the change can spread at a greater pace.
So join me and let’s set about improving all of our worlds.
Whatever your experience of meditating, wherever you live, whatever you do, there is something in there for everyone. A viewpoint that can aid you, a new tip that you have been seeking, a way of helping someone that sets you off in a better direction, or even just new friends. So come on in and enjoy the meditation forum now.
Namaste
