I am now creating my own resources to better aid those wishing to learn how to meditate and get into their meditation practice in a deeper way. Over time I will be adding more links to personally created materials and resources on this page. With the view that each and every one of these materials will create huge benefit for those choosing to use them with the meditating that they do. These materials are ebooks and guided meditations primarily.

For those who wish to invest in themselves and their own wellbeing there is much that can help you, put you at ease, and also move you along the path of meditation to the peace and joy of life that you seek. With every material that I produce I am getting input from other people as to the level of quality and value they get from each material, and I only release materials that I am totally happy provide a huge value to the practitioner that will be using them.
Each material covers a different aspect of meditating, varying around different aspects of how to meditate and get more from your practice. Also a full guided meditation course will become available to aid people to really get the most benefit from their meditations. All these things do of course take time, and I am doing my best to create a holistic course that teaches everything you could ever need to know. Though this in itself is a life work, teaching everything takes a great deal of time, writing and recording it all takes time too. So please be patient and if there is anything specific you would like material on please email me with the request and I will do what I can, depending to a certain extent on the number of requests for different things of course.
