<p><strong>Then this guide can help you bypass sleep deprivation and feel fresh.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sleep is</strong> an incredibly important process. It regulates your biological cycle. It helps your mind to reset. You also process various things that have happened in your life within dreams. Sometimes you also process expected events in your dreams before they happen.</p>
<p><strong>So sleep is very important</strong>. No least because without it people often feel fatigue. Which leads to things like irritability and poor performance.</p>
<p><strong>So how can we sidestep things like this at the times when you are short on sleep?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Basically you</strong> are looking to get the greatest effect. With the least effort. Physical rest and physical healing can take time. A lot more than it takes to rest your mind that is.</p>
<p><strong>Though when you</strong> rest your mind in the right way you can summon more energy and feel refreshed. In an easy way.</p>
<p><strong>This is where your meditation practice comes in.</strong></p>
<p><strong>When you</strong> work with any kind of introspection techniques or work with quiet time, you can achieve interesting things. It is possible for your mind to work much faster than your body.</p>
<p><strong>Your mind</strong> can recover from fatigue very rapidly!</p>
<p><strong>So how do</strong> you give fatigue the boot? An great technique I developed over the years works incredibly well indeed.</p>
<p><strong>When you</strong> need to, take yourself off for some quiet time. Go into your <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/your-meditation-environment/" title="meditation space"  target="_blank">meditation space</a>. Get comfortable in a seated position. Then close your eyes and <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/master-meditation-techniques-ha-breathing/" title="Ha breathe"  target="_blank">Ha breathe</a> for about 5 minutes. You can go longer if you want, which will be great for you. Though assuming you are short on time just do 5 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>Next keeping</strong> your eyes closed, move through your body within your mind. Starting at your eyes, and step by step relaxing every single muscle in your body. While you do this, just envision yourself enjoying a full night of good good rest.</p>
<p><strong>Feel the</strong> relaxation washing over you as you visualise and create the vision in your mind. Notice how peaceful you are. Notice how at easy you are. Feel your body relaxing and revitalising.</p>
<p><strong>Pace yourself</strong> through this gently. Taking about 10 or 15 minutes to relax yourself through this cycle. Before seeing yourself waking gently and happily, having had a great nights rest. Fully refreshed and at ease.</p>
<p><strong>This is a supremely simple meditation for you to do.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Though when</strong> you do have time to actually get the proper rest that you need, I fully recommend taking it. Proper full, restful sleep is incredibly good for you. Though for short bursts, working within your practice like this can suffice. Definitely get into a normal sleep cycle as soon as you can though.</p>

You know what you want but are failing to get it
You have a dream in mind and are totally committed to achieving it

Then this is for you.
As you know from previous posts and likely other sources, meditation helps you shift thinking and alignment. You can shift your vibration. You can set your mind into being a particular way.
If you have been failing to get what you want, it is because you were not totally aligned to it. Perhaps only fractionally off. Perhaps more.
You can only get what it is that you want though, when you are totally aligned to it.

<p><strong>If: </strong></p>

<li><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>You are wanting to release things from your life</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>You are wanting to let go of old negative emotions and ways of thinking</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>You wish to transform yourself</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>You want to tear down the walls and start again</strong></span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Then working through these things within meditation at the time of full moon is<span id="more-1058"></span> about the best timing you you could ask for.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full moon meditation</strong> can be done a day or so either side of the actual timing, though the best results happen at the height of the event. As such I totally recommend getting yourself a moon calender or accessing some way of accurately determining the exact time of various lunar and astrological events. Or you can refer to the Moon Phase panel at the side here, or even the <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation-ebooks-and-resources/moon-phase-calendar/" title="Moon Phase Calendar"  target="_blank">Moon Phase Calendar</a> page. The timing is also very important when it comes to New Moon Meditation and other such meditations as well of course.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So how deep do you want to go with your full moon meditation?</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>There are</strong> a number of things you can do to add power and make it more powerful. Which of them and to what magnitude you employ them is up to you.</p>
<p><strong>Astrologically</strong> full moon is one of the most powerful times, granted new moon is a powerful time too, though the energies are very different.</p>
<p><strong>Knowing fully</strong> what it is that you wish to achieve as a result of your full moon meditation prior to even settling back into it will put you in a position of great power. In being fully aware of your purpose you raise your power of self determination many fold. Whilst finding your direction as you go is also good, being able to focus like a laser on what you wish creates a strong magnet for the successful achievement you wish for.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So why are you doing your full moon meditation?</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Imagine yourself now basking in the afterglow of the achievement you wish for.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Exactly what</strong> has changed? What did you do internally? What was the shift that you enacted? Giving yourself this edge gives you a powerful key that you can use at will to shape your reality. To shape your life. Shaping it to the way you wish it to be.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Everything in your life hinges on your thoughts.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>When you</strong> shift your thoughts you shift your reality along with the manner, and way in which things occur around you. When you were born you were given a gift. A gift that for many lies dormant through the majority of their lives. Sometimes it is used, usually without knowledge of it though. Yet for others a waking acceptance comes to pass that enables them to utilise this key at will, and to far greater effect.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>All it takes is for you to decide to wake up and work with this key that you have.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>When you take this magical ability that is innate within you your power for change and creation grows manifold.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>If you</strong> decide to take up the key, and work with your inner magic, then well done, you are going to be amazed what you are capable of as you work with it more and more.</p>
<p><strong>In terms of</strong> other things you can use to aid your full moon meditation, working in your <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/your-meditation-environment/" title="meditation space"  target="_blank">meditation space</a> is of course a big thing. Though likewise, if you can find a suitably peaceful spot outside in the light of the full moon where you can remain comfortable and undisturbed, then that would be wonderful too.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/meditation-and-incense/" title="Incense"  target="_blank">Incense</a> is</strong> a great thing to work with as well. As are essential oils. Though a big note at this point is to use 100% natural incense and oils. The synthetic stuff lacks the energy that you require for meditative work. For a full moon meditation, especially if you are working on release work, I recommend working with Frankincense and Myrrh as they are excellent for cleansing and release work. They also have a wonderful uplifting effect. Though also Rosemary and Rosewood are great to consider, they are also good from a release perspective, though they work on a different level mentally.</p>
<p><strong>If you wish</strong> to work with <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/crystal-meanings-for-meditation/" title="crystals or power stones"  target="_blank">crystals or power stones</a>, then Obsidian and Jet are excellent for release, purification and grounding. Citrine is another excellent stone for use at this time due to its cleansing properties. There are different ways you can <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/meditation-and-accessing-crystal-energies/" title="work with crystals whilst you meditate"  target="_blank">work with crystals whilst you meditate</a>, either holding them in your hands, or for this kind of work using a grid of 4 pieces within which you sit is actually far better.</p>
<p><strong>Candle light</strong> is an especially good way to illuminate your space, unless you prefer to work in complete dark with just the moon light. Though the energy of the fire brings a little something extra to the full moon meditation.</p>
<p><strong>If you really wish</strong> to amp up the power of the work you are doing, and this especially applies to any kind of release work. Then doing a <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/body-cleanse-and-nutrition/" title="body cleanse"  target="_blank">body cleanse</a> is the way forward. When you work with a body cleanse to <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/meditation-how-is-it-affected-by-what-you-eat/" title="get rid of the toxins in your body"  target="_blank">get rid of the toxins in your body</a> you align your energies in a way that is natural and incredibly powerful. Doing this in the right way, on the day, or even on the day and the day before, will see you moving into an energetic space that likely you have never experienced since you were a baby.</p>
<p><strong>When you do</strong> go into the meditation be clear in your mind what you are going to achieve. Build energy with <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/master-meditation-techniques-ha-breathing/" title="Ha breathing"  target="_blank">Ha breathing</a> first. Then regardless of whether you are doing release work or anything else, work with <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/hoo-pono-pono/" title="Ho'o Pono Pono"  target="_blank">Ho&#8217;o Pono Pono</a> to clear out negative attachments to people from you life, and clean up your emotional sphere. From then on work within the mental and then spiritual spheres to achieve the results that you decided upon. Allow your unconscious mind free flow if it needs it and just move naturally through.</p>
<p><strong>Once you have</strong> done that, should you wish to build up stronger foundations and <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/meditation-how-can-you-use-it-to-guarantee-your-success/" title="the future you wish to live"  target="_blank">the future you wish to live</a>, then bring that energy in and meditate on it and what you wish to happen at that point.</p>
<p><strong>Plus of course</strong> give <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/meditation-and-gratitude/" title="gratitude"  target="_blank">gratitude</a> as you begin to close off your meditative session. Gratitude is your signal to the universe that you are in tune and thankful for the change you are creating. It is a demonstration that you totally feel right in what you are doing and what you are bringing to yourself.</p>
<p><strong>So: </strong></p>

<li><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Cleanse</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Set your space to be optimal</strong></span></li>

<li><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Build your energy</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Clear your negative emotional attachments</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Create the change you desire</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Build the foundations and strength for the world you wish to live in</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Give gratitude</strong></span></li>
</ol>

	Full Moon Meditation is excellent for release and putting extra energy into achieving your dreams

Meditation performed at the time of full moon is especially powerful, and indeed certain types of meditation are more suited to greater results at this time.
If: 

You are wanting to release things from your life
You are wanting to let go of old negative emotions and ways of thinking
You wish to transform yourself
You want to tear down the walls and start again

Then working through these things within meditation at the time of full moon is about the best timing you you could ask for.
Full moon meditation can be done a day or so either side of the actual timing, though the best results happen at the height of the event. As such I totally recommend getting yourself a moon calender or accessing some way of accurately determining the exact time of various lunar and astrological events. Or you can refer to the Moon Phase panel at the side here, or even the Moon Phase Calendar page. The timing is also very important when it comes to New Moon Meditation and other such meditations as well of course.
So how deep do you want to go with your full moon meditation?
There are a number of things you can do to add power and make it more powerful. Which of them and to what magnitude you employ them is up to you.
Astrologically full moon is one of the most powerful times, granted new moon is a powerful time too, though the energies are very different.
Knowing fully what it is that you wish to achieve as a result of your full moon meditation prior to even settling back into it will put you in a position of great power. In being fully aware of your purpose you raise your power of self determination many fold. Whilst finding your direction as you go is also good, being able to focus like a laser on what you wish creates a strong magnet for the successful achievement you wish for.
So why are you doing your full moon meditation?
Imagine yourself now basking in the afterglow of the achievement you wish for.
Exactly what has changed? What did you do internally? What was the shift that you enacted? Giving yourself this edge gives you a powerful key that you can use at will to shape your reality. To shape your life. Shaping it to the way you wish it to be.
Everything in your life hinges on your thoughts.
When you shift your thoughts you shift your reality along with the manner, and way in which things occur around you. When you were born you were given a gift. A gift that for many lies dormant through the majority of their lives. Sometimes it is used, usually without knowledge of it though. Yet for others a waking acceptance comes to pass that enables them to utilise this key at will, and to far greater effect.
All it takes is for you to decide to wake up and work with this key that you have.
When you take this magical ability that is innate within you your power for change and creation grows manifold.
If you decide to take up the key, and work with your inner magic, then well done, you are going to be amazed what you are capable of as you work with it more and more.
In terms of other things you can use to aid your full moon meditation, working in your meditation space is of course a big thing. Though likewise, if you can find a suitably peaceful spot outside in the light of the full moon where you can remain comfortable and undisturbed, then that would be wonderful too.
Incense is a great thing to work with as well. As are essential oils. Though a big note at this point is to use 100% natural incense and oils. The synthetic stuff lacks the energy that you require for meditative work. For a full moon meditation, especially if you are working on release work, I recommend working with Frankincense and Myrrh as they are excellent for cleansing and release work. They also have a wonderful uplifting effect. Though also Rosemary and Rosewood are great to consider, they are also good from a release perspective, though they work on a different level ment[...]</itunes:summary>

Of course at times you may wish or need to do this somewhere else, maybe at work, on a train or a plane. You can do it in the car too, however if you are driving then please keep your eyes open and concentrate on what is going on, yes multitasking!!</p>
<p><strong>Before you</strong> go inside yourself to create the imagery of the success you seek, take some time for <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/master-meditation-techniques-ha-breathing/" title="Ha breathing"  target="_blank">Ha breathing</a>, if you have the time that is. By building up energy through Ha breathing and then focusing that energy into your imagery you will actually create a stronger pull for success. The longer you can Ha breathe the better.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Then close your eyes and <em>imagine</em>.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Build</strong> the image of yourself successfully completing whatever tasks you are setting out to do. Work through the pictures and visuals. Add in the feelings of achieving these things easily and successfully. The sounds you hear on completion too, add them in. All experienced in first person.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Make the imagery as real as possible in your mind.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Then</strong> snap out and see it all from a third person view. View yourself there, enjoying and being successful in the completion of whatever you have set yourself to do.</p>
<p><strong>This will</strong> set you up on route for achieving whatever you want. Multitasking through and doing so effectively. More effectively than you ever have done before.</p>
<p><strong>The more you</strong> work with these exercises the more you will find your focus improving along with your mental ability and your ability to create the successes that you desire.</p>
<p><strong>You have</strong> a natural birth rite to be successful at whatever you wish to be in life. All you have to do is believe it and decide to enjoy those successes.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So: </strong></span></p>

<p><strong>Every year</strong> on February 3rd in Japan there is a festival known as Setsubun. February 3rd is known as the day before spring in Japan and the festival is based on a very old tradition, and a ritual known as mememaki is performed on this day. Literally mamemaki means bean throwing, though what goes with it the interesting part. The beans are thrown to cast out misfortune and disease carrying deamons, like I said it&#8217;s an old tradition, and when the beans are thrown the words, Oni Wa Soto Fuku Wa Uchi, are said. The basic translation for this is, demons out good fortune in.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>So why is this interesting?</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>People and thoughts</strong> have moved on a long way in the last few hundred years. Yet how many of us still have our own personal demons? The thought coming from mentioning setsubun is one about changing how you think and feel. You can throw beans and say the words if you like, what&#8217;s more important is what is actually happening on the inside though.</p>
<p><strong>In performing</strong> this tradition sets a process going in the mind. A process that unconsciously sets out to banish negative events. The thought processes we work with on a daily level have a massive impact on our lives, especially on an unconscious level. So when there are negative thoughts running through the things you do, you end up drawing negative things to you like a magnet.</p>
<p><strong>So when you</strong> set in motion a chain of thoughts that work on banishing those thoughts you begin to change your fortunes. You begin inviting in good fortune. You begin to bring in to existence the things that will enable you to live a fulfilling and happy life.</p>
<p><strong>When you support</strong> this activity on a regular basis you reinforce it and make it much stronger. Though how strong can you make it? How well can you reinforce it?</p>
<p><strong>By combining</strong> meditation with <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/meditation-and-how-to-stay-positive/" title="positive thinking"  target="_blank">positive thinking</a> and <a href="http://www.mastermeditation.com/meditation/meditation-and-mindfulness/" title="mindfulness"  target="_blank">mindfulness</a> you are able to create a thought process and state of mind which has incredible strength. By strong I do not mean massive, I mean things that you truly feel you can actually do. Results that you are capable of. Granted capabilities change. You can acquire skills and new ways of working. So when you set out in creating your visions think about that. What skills or changes would support you in achieving the life you seek? The life you wish and dream for?</p>

Meditation really can help you turn your life around and improve, but how can it help you stop bad things happening in your life?

You always seem to have things going wrong
You always have bad luck, You have things upsetting your plans regularly
You never get the result you really wanted
You need things to start going well in your life

Then reading on through this, learning more about meditation and what is meditation, could see you massively changing how much you enjoy your life.
First imagine yourself leading your ideal life.
Now hold that image as you read on through. Because you can achieve it, and you are about to find out the first steps in how to make it happen.
Everything that happens to us in our lives is a product of things that we have done. They may be seemingly unconnected on the surface. On a deeper level though they are very much connected, often it can be difficult to see how though. This process is known as synchronicity and it goes through everything in your life. Everything you do connects up, and from there gives you the results you experience in your life.
You can change your life.
Every year on February 3rd in Japan there is a festival known as Setsubun. February 3rd is known as the day before spring in Japan and the festival is based on a very old tradition, and a ritual known as mememaki is performed on this day. Literally mamemaki means bean throwing, though what goes with it the interesting part. The beans are thrown to cast out misfortune and disease carrying deamons, like I said it&#8217;s an old tradition, and when the beans are thrown the words, Oni Wa Soto Fuku Wa Uchi, are said. The basic translation for this is, demons out good fortune in.
So why is this interesting?
People and thoughts have moved on a long way in the last few hundred years. Yet how many of us still have our own personal demons? The thought coming from mentioning setsubun is one about changing how you think and feel. You can throw beans and say the words if you like, what&#8217;s more important is what is actually happening on the inside though.
In performing this tradition sets a process going in the mind. A process that unconsciously sets out to banish negative events. The thought processes we work with on a daily level have a massive impact on our lives, especially on an unconscious level. So when there are negative thoughts running through the things you do, you end up drawing negative things to you like a magnet.
So when you set in motion a chain of thoughts that work on banishing those thoughts you begin to change your fortunes. You begin inviting in good fortune. You begin to bring in to existence the things that will enable you to live a fulfilling and happy life.
When you support this activity on a regular basis you reinforce it and make it much stronger. Though how strong can you make it? How well can you reinforce it?
By combining meditation with positive thinking and mindfulness you are able to create a thought process and state of mind which has incredible strength. We are talking Herculean strength here. Yes, really we are.
Through daily meditation, even if only for a few minutes, and focusing on good fortune being in your life you set up a strong magnet for those events coming to you. Creating visions so wonderful and so strong that you can have total faith and belief in them. By strong I do not mean massive, I mean things that you truly feel you can actually do. Results that you are capable of. Granted capabilities change. You can acquire skills and new ways of working. So when you set out in creating your visions think about that. What skills or changes would support you in achieving the life you seek? The life you wish and dream for?
